Italy is now one of Europe’s leading markets for the development of biomethane. Sharing expertise, technologies and a common vision is key to supporting the growth of a sector that is becoming increasingly strategic for the energy transition.
For this reason, on Tuesday 8 July at 11.50 am, our chairman, Pier Cella Mazzariol, spoke at the World Biogas Expo, the international event organised by ADBA and the World Biogas Association.
As part of the panel discussion ‘Global Biogas Outlook: India, Italy, Ukraine’, he shared Entsorga’s experience in developing technologies for the production of biogas and biomethane, contributing to the discussion on the markets that are shaping the sector’s global evolution.
From incentive policies and industrial models to the opportunities offered by the circular economy, it was an important opportunity for international dialogue to share expertise, perspectives and concrete solutions aimed at accelerating the energy transition.
