Scala Mercalli, the Italian program dedicated to environmental sustainability, is back starting from Saturday, February 27th on Rai3 in prime time for six weeks. During the program, Roberto Cavallo hosts a special segment titled Circular Economy and Recycling, which addresses the topic of recycling.
We announce with great pride that our Santhià composting plant, owned by Territorio e Risorse Srl, has been featured during the Saturday, March 19th episode, which focused on food and sustainable agriculture.
Through the footage shot at our facility, Roberto Cavallo showed how food scraps can have a second life, as fertilizers for agriculture, if they are appropriately separated and treated.
